How much do you charge for your services?

Our rates vary depending on the type of vehicle, the duration of the rental, and the distance traveled. We recommend contacting us for a quote.

What types of vehicles do you have available?

We have a variety of luxury vehicles including sedans, SUVs, limousines, party buses, and vans. Please check out our Fleet Page on the website

Do you offer a shuttle service?

Yes, we do offer shuttle services as well. We recommend contacting us for a quote if you are looking for shuttle services

Can we play our own music?

Yes! All vehicles come with the ability to use AUX or Bluetooth to play your own music.

Is alcohol allowed on board?

We are fully licensed so as long as everyone inside the limo is 18 or over, yes, alcohol is allowed on board.

Do you travel out of town?

Yes, we travel all over Alberta.
Edmonton, Beaumont, Leduc, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, St. Albert, Stony Plain, Fort McMurray, Calgary, Medicine Hat, Lethbridge, Gibbons, Lloydminster, Grande Prairie, and more

Is a deposit required?

In most cases, we do require a minimum $200 refundable deposit.

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made by phone or through our website. Let us know the dates/times you are interested in, the limo of your choice, and we will get back to you with availability and pricing. It everything looks good, we can go ahead and get you booked in.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please let us know as soon as you can if your plans change! For big events, especially during the summers, we do require a 2 week notice for a full refund.

Are your vehicles equipped with GPS and air conditioning?

Yes, our vehicles are equipped with GPS navigation systems and air conditioning.

Can I request a specific vehicle or driver?

Of course! We try our best to accommodate such requests but it will all depend on vehicle and driver availability.

Do you provide transportation for weddings and special events?

Yes, we specialize in weddings, graduations, and all other special events. We have 20 years of experience providing these services.

Are your drivers licensed and insured?

Yes, all our drivers are licensed by the City of Edmonton, AGLC, and insured accordingly.

Do you offer late-night or early morning transportation?

Yes! Please book ahead of time so we are able to schedule a driver.

Are there any additional charges for extra services such as decorations or refreshments?

No extra charge for Weddings!
But in other cases, additional charges may apply for extra services such as decorations or refreshments, please contact us for more information.

Are the vehicles cleaned and sanitized between each use?

Yes, our vehicles are cleaned and sanitized between each use.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

What is the minimum duration for renting a vehicle?

For weddings and grads, the minimum duration for renting a vehicle is 4 hours.
Otherwise we do have a 1 hour minimum but depending on pickup time and location we may require a 2 hour minimum.

How do I make a payment?

We accept cash, credit card, and e-transfer.

Are we allowed to smoke?

Sorry, no smoking is allowed in any of our vehicles.
